I recently used the services provided by vgroup. While I appreciate their efforts in providing quality eye care products and services, I found the customer service to be lacking. The website was user-friendly, but the overall experience was just average. The selection of eyewear was good, but the prices seemed a bit high compared to other options available. The delivery time was within the promised range, which was a plus. However, the lack of personalized customer support was disappointing. Overall, I would describe my experience as average.
