I have been using the public transportation in this city for a while now and I must say it has improved a lot since Via metropolitan transit took over. The buses are cleaner and more comfortable, and the service is efficient. I appreciate that they have implemented new technologies like real-time tracking. The only suggestion I have is to add more routes to underserved areas.
