I had an average experience with Portails radisson. The service was decent but nothing extraordinary. The website radissonplus.ca was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, I expected more from a company with such a reputed name. The staff was friendly and helpful but not very proactive. Overall, it was an average experience.
