I had a great experience with the salesman! However I bought an extended warranty and was told by Christina, I could cancel anytime. Well I decided to cancel the next week. I called on 2/10/14, left a message. On 2/12/2014 I called back and left a message. She finally called me back and told me it would take several weeks. This is because she is inefficient! i finally called the company itself and there were NO problems. She, on the other hand, continues to drag her feet with this, always stating she is doing her best. HA! The paperwork that she stated went out at the latest 2/14/14 was postmarked 2/18/2014. If you buy a car from these people, again salesman was Brian and was good, stay away from her! she is awful!!!!
