Horrible experience.

On April 28 I paid a deposit for a birthday luncheon to be catered with a chef for May 18 in Nice. I paid the full amount on May 2.
I kept trying to contact them the week before and finally, 5 days before, they said they had no chef. I offered other days or dinner instead and they said they didn't work. They offered no solution. I had to get after them to give me a refund and then scramble to find someone else to cater. It was unnecessary stress and completely unprofessional.
On May 17 they credited my credit card and shorted me $15.85 and then sent me an email to say I should give them a good review and a discount for a future event. There is no way I would ever hire these amateurs!
