The experience with It Adaptive has been overall average. The website was easy to navigate and the products were decent. However, the customer service could be improved. I had some issues with my order and it took quite a while to get a response. The quality of the products was satisfactory and they were delivered on time. Overall, I would rate It Adaptive as an average company.
