I have had an excellent experience EVERY time that I have to contact them. I've been a customer for a little over a year. From initially setting up my homeowners policy, to questions about adding on pet policies, to assisting in payment methods, they have always been incredibly positive, helpful, courteous and FAST!!! Any time I've needed anything done, it was done immediately AND I would receive follow up calls or emails to let me know everything was taken care of. I've never had such an experience with an insurance company, but Al Purmort's staff is absolutely wonderful. Thank you!
