After staying more than 20 years in your Hotel in ...

After staying more than 20 years in your Hotel in Singapore (almost alyways Tower Wing, dozens of stays and never stayed in another Hotel in Singapore), I was disappointed to see how your Hotel changed to bad after the renovation: very small rooms (mine was 1228), very lousy service attitude of staff (a miracle as the service level used to be good until some years ago), loud and disturbing noyse lobby (music), tourist atmosphere etc.
I will never come back. Sorry.
