I recently used Swiss-discovery for booking a trip and I must say their service was average. The website was easy to navigate, but I faced a few technical issues during the booking process. The customer support team resolved my concerns, but it took longer than expected. In terms of price and options, Swiss-discovery is decent, but there is room for improvement.
