I have ONLY positive things to say about Ajilon. After being in the job market for months and having been ghosted by several job agencies, Stephanie reached out to my when I was at my wits' end. I was very transparent about my frustrations - from the beginning she was incredibly kind and encouraging. She was always responsive, and made a point to say that if I saw a job online I really wanted online to let them know as they may have connections. The way she approached the process made me not just feel like a number to get commission, but a truly caring recruiter. I was passed along to Matt who ended up getting me a temp position in the field I was looking for, with a perfect fit company. He was equally as responsive and on top of everything through the long interview process. Even after I accepted a full-time role outside of the temp position, Stephanie made a point to call and congratulate. I can confidently say after having spoken with many job agencies in the NYC area that I would recommend Ajilon to anyone!
