This company is horrible. I bought my home and my mortgage was sold the day after closing. They overpaid the county property taxes in 2017.
When I closed they were paid in full. Then this Mickey Mouse operation. paid the taxes again. Raised my monthly payments from $1800 to $2400 d/t escrow. It took an accountant and an attorney to find out why my payments would be so much. The money was sent back to loancare from the county tax office. Loancare did not fix my escrow and contact me. You can't make a partial payment. after about 15 calls over the last 2 months their is still no change. So I am heading to foreclosure. I don't know what else to do.
