Overall, I had a satisfactory experience with STEAM WORLD INC. The service provided was average but nothing exceptional. The staff members were polite and attentive to my needs. However, I expected more from a company with such a good reputation. The pricing was reasonable, but the quality of products could have been better. I hope they improve their services in the future.
