Love this shopping outlet. There are so many stores with good high street and luxury brands. The visitor centre has excellent service and you can get your tax back here too. There are a lot of toilets all over and are well maintained and cleaned regularly hence even though it s busy, you don t end up with disgusting toilets. Check out the app and download it too as it gives additional perks and discounts. There are many ways to get here. 1. Train - the train station is just a few minutes walk away and easily reachable from London. 2. Bus - book the bus returned trip from London and it includes VIP discount card too. 3. Car - most convenient when you want to shop as the car park is huge. On weekends and peak season, it can be difficult to find parking but if that happens, use the valet. There is a play area for the children. Lots of baby changing facility.
