I have mixed feelings about Technex. While some aspects of their service were good, there were definitely areas where they fell short. The website design was top-notch and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response to my inquiries, and even then, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate Technex as average.
