I really feel that customer service has completely...

I really feel that customer service has completely gone out the window in this store. I was in there for almost an hour this morning and 1 person said hi or even acknowledged me. I used to work for this company back in the late 90's and that never would have been tolerated by Mr. Wheeler or any of the managers. It's really sad.
