I have been a customer of Dvfa e.v. for several years now and I must say that my overall experience has been quite average. The company website, dvfa.de, is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information. However, I have found their customer service to be lacking at times. The response time to my queries is often slow and there has been instances where I have received incorrect information. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
