We hired Foxdot Multimedia for our website redesign project and while the end result met our expectations, the overall experience was average. The team lacked proactive communication and we had to follow up multiple times for updates and revisions. The design was decent but didn't have the wow factor we were hoping for. The pricing was fair, and the project was completed within the agreed timeline. A satisfactory experience, but room for improvement.
