My family is currently a customer. So far, so good...

My family is currently a customer. So far, so good. BUT.. I really don't understand why the plastic seal for the 5gallon water does not include the entire cap. What is the use of the plastic seal if it only covers the neck and not the entire lid itself? An extra safety measure during Covid will definitely make a difference. Anyway, would be nice to hear some improvements. Thank you.
