I have been a customer of Bsd telecom inc. for several years and I must say that their service is average. Although they claim to have excellent coverage, I have experienced frequent network outages and dropped calls. The customer service is also lacking, with long hold times and unhelpful representatives. Overall, I would say their service is just okay.
