I have been a customer of Ebdaa for a few years now and I must say, their services have been average. Nothing exceptional or outstanding about it. The website is user-friendly and the navigation is easy. However, I feel that they could improve on their customer support. There have been a few instances where my queries were not answered promptly. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
