Joan is an amazing resource and has more experience in her little pinky than most folks will ever have...PERIOD!

Cindy is THE SINGLE MOST responsive, caring , and attentive person that I have ever encountered in 27 years in the business world. All I can say is WOW! If I call her to resolve something it's usually addressed before my cup of coffee has gone cold. I honestly don't know how she does it!
