I will be adding to those who wish they could place 0 stars for this company. My girlfriend and I did a bluegreen vacation with the "Free Cruise." I knew we would have to pay taxes, blah, blah, blah... ON THE SERVICE AGREEMENT it does not say anything about blackout dates. I called to check on what the taxes where and ask a few other questions the woman on the phone told me I could use this for any time.

My girlfriend just called to book our "Free Cruise" and they told her the dates were blacked out and the other person just must not have known. these folks are straight con artists
