Although, I was shunned by Mr. Behlmann when asking to see him concerning a relatively small donation to a great cause and he using the excuse that he was "in a meeting," and consequently couldn't speak to me directly, it would be unfair to the service department for their outstanding work on this visit if I just left my comments at that. The service work was, again, truly magnificent. The personal attention, from the initial greeting to paying the bill, was welcoming and professional. My 1999 Suburban has been "babied" by this service department for the past 15 years, and the results have helped me keep my four-wheel buddy in mint condition. My grades to them are as follows: Public Relations (Owner): "F", Service Department: "A+"
