My husband and I were extremely impressed by the whole experience of getting vaccinated at the Elk's club. There is top notch communication from beginning to end. From reminder emails to being told when it was our time to leave, we always knew where to be and what to do. We were greeted in the parking lot and told where to park, greeted by the front entrance and told where to sign in. There were two people to check us in so we didn't wait. We were guided and escorted and treated kindly by friendly staff and nurses. It was so well organized. Seating was clearly laid out. Time was taken to explain everything and answer all our questions. Upbeat music was playing. Appointments were set up for our second shot. We were checked on and talked to by the friendly caring staff.
The only tweak I would make, and this may be out of their control, is that when you book your appointment you do not know which vaccine you have signed up for and have to reschedule if you have a preference for the other one. Other than that, dare I say, I am looking forward to returning for my second shot!
