I had an average experience with Kathleen Alexander State Farm. The customer service was okay, but nothing spectacular. They were able to assist me with my insurance needs, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond. Overall, it was an okay experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but I expected more personalized attention. However, they were able to offer competitive rates and I appreciate that.
