I had an average experience with a photography company recently. While the photos turned out decent, I was expecting a bit more in terms of creativity and attention to detail. The photographers were professional but I felt their approach was somewhat conventional.

Communication with the company was smooth and they were responsive to my inquiries. However, I believe there are other options that offer better quality and value for money.
