I went to Fort Washington MB Saturday Nov 4, 2017 to purchase 2013 S550. I did all the paperwork and found out that my auto insurance will increase to $1000/6 months. So I told Frank (Manager) and James "Cecil" Sales Rep to hold off until I find another company. Whole day Sunday and partial Monday I was on my computer searching for Insurance. But unfortunately some emergency came up and needed to take care both my elderly parents and it held me up whole day.I received a text from Cecil around 3:40 PM and I returned the text that I was still shopping for Insurance. Then Cecil called me 6:28PM telling me that the car was being sold to someone else. The fact that I still had a DEPOSIT on the car but they still sold the car to somebody else. I told Frank yesterday "MONDAY" that I was mis-treated and they shouldn't sell the car. THIS DEALERSHIP are bunch of HYPOCRITE people and very unprofessional. THEY SHOULD NOT BE SELLING THIS TYPE OF VEHICLES. YOU SHOULD NEVER DEAL WITH FRANK "MANAGER" or SALES REP " JAMES 'CECIL' CATHIE....!!!!! BAD BAD EXPErIENCE with those 2 individuals
