It is in a great location and the hotel is beautiful, but I'm giving it only a 4 star rating. I was there for 2 weeks and after a few days asked to be changed to a standard room since the one I was in only had this horrible shower with no door, the standard room has a wonderful Jacuzzi bathtub. The woman at the counter was quite rude about it, basically told me to book a standard room the next time I come back to the hotel. I waited until a day later when someone else was on duty and they were great about it and I loved my new room. If you are traveling with someone, you might not care for the glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom, no privacy at all. Also, if you like washcloths bring your own, they don't provide. And best bring a regular bar of soap, they provide only a tiny one.

The rest of the experience was great, do try the Acquario restaurant, absolutely fabulous!
