I have been a member of American Airlines Credit Union for several years now, and I must say that my experience has been average. While their customer service is prompt and helpful, the interest rates on their credit cards are quite high. I appreciate the convenience of their mobile banking app, but it could use some improvements. All in all, it's an okay credit union.
