I had a mixed experience with Boustead securities. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, but I found the website interface to be a bit outdated and confusing. It took some time to navigate and find the information I was looking for. However, once I got used to it, I was able to access the necessary resources for my investment needs. Overall, the service is decent, but I believe there is room for improvement.
