Definitely a family oriented hotel, which would have been great if I was vacationing but was here for business. Had a one bed villa with a nice living room, kitchen and dinning area. I was in building 15 ground level with patio right on the pool. It was a very loud and high traffic spot so if you are looking for a bit of peace it's not here. My room had a whirlpool tub which had one broken jet and an on/off button that required a lot of patience to get working. My room had a locked utility room, not sure if they all do, but there were a lot of noises coming from it. One downside is the need for a car really to get around otherwise you need to call a shuttle as it's a large property. I was supposed to receive a welcome gift that they forget to give me at check-in and they wanted me to come get it rather than bringing it to me which was a bit poor on the service side especially considering the need for a shuttle. Fairly quick to get to the convention center.
