As my own experience, yesterday I bought a trotter kettle which was defective, today I requested the change of product to another brand and they managed it at the same price as it was on sale. As general information at first glance, the boxes of the products are seen battered, which generates a little distrust when buying something. So you have to demand a guarantee slip if they don't give it to you.
