I had a mixed experience with Stone Simplicity Kitchen + Bath LLC. The quality of their products is great, and I am very satisfied with the installation of my new kitchen countertops. However, their customer service could use some improvement. I had some issues with the delivery, and it took them quite a while to resolve the problem. Overall, I think they offer good value for money, but there is definitely room for improvement.
