I've had a mixed experience with Sharpscribe. On one hand, their website is easy to use and provides a lot of helpful information. On the other hand, their customer service could use some improvement. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not always clear. Overall, I would say they have room for improvement.
