Doing a gas line replacement in Queens NY for Con Edison. 4 1|2 months ago ripped up everyone s sidewalk to install new gas system and to connect homes to the new gas service. After 4 1/2 months we all still have holes covered in front of our houses. THOUSANDS of trip hazards all over the neighborhood. Loose gravel like walking on marbles. Very dangerous but nobody seems to care. They block off most of the parking so we think they are coming back the following day to finally finish, but never do. All of their workers leave all their personal garbage in the street when they are done with breakfast and lunch. By far this is the most mis managed construction job I have ever seen in my life. The managers at Con Edison should be supervising the Sub Contractor Hawkeye. What a joke!!!
