I have been a customer of FMFB-A for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. They have a wide range of products to meet different customer needs, but their customer service could definitely improve. The staff is not always knowledgeable or helpful, and there have been instances where I had to wait for a long time to get assistance. However, their interest rates are competitive, which is a plus. Overall, I would rate them as average.
