I had an average experience with Preferred Kitchens, Inc. The quality of their products is decent, but I felt that the customer service could have been better. The staff was friendly, but at times it seemed like they were rushing through the process. Overall, my kitchen renovation turned out fine, but I expected a bit more from a company with their reputation.
