This mob is absolutely rubbish, don t allow your builder to use them, there products are poorly built even there 300 series which is supposed to be there top range. I have asked Metricon to have all my windows siliconed in as all the rubber seals keep popping out and the glass shifts, we had them serviced last week and they did nothing just installed a new handle at the wrong height
I will not accept any of there product as it s all rubbish, even the glass has ripples in it.
Our stacker door was damaged upon delivery last year in April and we are still waiting for a new unit to be installed, they just come out and do nothing.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AS ALL YOU WILL RECEIVE IS POOR QUALITY.
