As a customer of Parker Benjamin Inc., I have to say that their service is truly average. Although they deliver what they promise, the overall experience is nothing to write home about. The website is easy to navigate, but the customer support could be more helpful and responsive. I wouldn't say they are bad, but they definitely have room for improvement.
