Well, I'm here right now. My Mini has a defective footwell module (frm). I was surprised Mini had issued an extended warranty for this part (my car has almost 90k miles) and replacement will cost nothing to me (just the part costs 1200$ here and 600$ elsewhere, plus labor). I'm waiting in their most-comfy waiting room, watching TV and having free coffee because they say they will have my car ready in less than one and a half hour. By the way, I was received by Mr. Adante Cameron, a super courteous, attentive and helpful service advisor.
If needed, I will update this review when I get my car back.
