I recently made a purchase from hrpmetals.com and I must say, their service left a lot to be desired. The ordering process was confusing and the customer support was unresponsive. It took them a long time to deliver my order, and when it finally arrived, the metals were not up to my expectations. I was quite disappointed with this experience and will not be using Hrp Metals INC again.
