👏 Paid time off has been a great company to work for. The paid time off benefits are truly amazing, allowing me to take time off and recharge when needed. The company values work-life balance and it shows in the supportive and collaborative working environment. The only suggestion I have is to improve the communication regarding PTO availability and the process of requesting time off.
