Terrible service, they are mismanaged and are so unorganized. In the dead of winter it took 16 days before they fixed my heater for my family with two small kids. 11 of those days were trying to figure out who's insurance was going to pay for it, while my family froze at night. My air conditioner is out now and will be waiting 2 days is what they say right now, before they fix it. The high for today is 108 not too fun. These people can't manage themselves let alone tenants.
