I recently purchased a necklace from Isabel Guarch Joyas and I have mixed feelings about it. While the design is decent, I feel that the quality doesn't match the price. The customer service was average - nothing exceptional. Overall, I expected better from Isabel Guarch Joyas. The website is easy to navigate but I wasn't fully satisfied with my shopping experience.
