I've been a customer of The Var Advisor for over a year now and I must say, their service is average at best. While they have some useful resources on their website, overall I found the experience to be just average. Their customer support team is not very responsive and I often had to wait for a long time to get a reply. The website itself is also quite slow and not very user-friendly. They definitely need to work on improving their customer experience. I can only give them an average rating based on my experience so far.
