After receiving a quote through a well-known buyer site and after days of waiting to examine the documentation, they activated a new quote with 130 euros more without explanation.

I absolutely advise against it, they don't even reply to emails, I don't want to imagine their help in case of some critical situation where promptness and professionalism are needed.
