I've tried many yoga studios in the past, but You and the Mat is truly exceptional. The instructors are top-notch and the classes are challenging but accessible. The studio space is clean and inviting, and the overall vibe is positive and uplifting. I can't recommend this studio enough for anyone looking for a great yoga experience.
