I have been a customer of Guardian Alarm Systems for the past three years and I must say that their service is average. While they are prompt in responding to issues, the overall quality of their products could be improved. The installation process was smooth and the technicians were professional. However, I have experienced a few false alarms which have been quite frustrating. The customer support has been helpful in resolving these issues, but I expected a higher level of reliability from a security company. Overall, Guardian Alarm Systems provides an average service.
