I had an average experience with Ravenel Associates. The staff was generally helpful, although there were a few instances where they seemed a bit disorganized. The website is easy to navigate and provides a lot of useful information. However, I felt that their fees were a bit high compared to other similar companies. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
