I recently bought a rug from Oriental Rugs of Bath and I must say, it's an average experience. The rug is of decent quality and the colors are nice, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. The customer service was average as well, not outstanding but not terrible either. The delivery took longer than anticipated. Overall, it's an okay rug store, nothing extraordinary.
